Mulakunnathukavu: Thrissur Government Medical College has received A+ accreditation for academic excellence from the University of Health Sciences. 

At a ceremony held at the university, the accreditation certificate was jointly received from Vice Chancellor Dr Mohanan Kunnummal by Dr N Ashokan (Principal of the Medical College), Dr K B Sanalkumar (Vice Principal), and Dr C Raveendran (Coordinator). 

University of Health Sciences Vice Chancellor Dr C P Vijayan, Registrar Dr S Gopakumar, and Deans Dr R Binoj and Dr K S Shaji spoke on the occasion.
