The relatives of Kunjumon, 85, a native of Perumbavoor, who died of COVID while under treatment at the Kalamassery Medical College, have filed a complaint.
The development is a blow to the Kerala government that has recently decided to permit the reopening of residential educational institutions throughout the state.
The incident occurred early morning on Monday at Chinniyampalayam area on the Avinashi Road.
