Idukki: Actor Joju George sustained injuries in a vehicle accident during a film shoot near Lakkam in Munnar on Saturday. The incident occurred while filming a scene involving a jeep, which overturned unexpectedly.

The incident took place during the shooting of Varav, a film that marks the first collaboration between director Shaji Kailas and Joju George.

Along with Joju, actor Deepak Parambol and several other actors, including a stuntman, were also injured. All the injured were rushed to the Tata Hospital in Munnar. Hospital authorities confirmed that none of the injuries were serious.
