JP Nadda assured that all existing public welfare schemes in Delhi would continue if the BJP were voted into power.
The manifesto talks about implementing the 'one nation, one poll' initiative, preparing common electoral rolls, abolishing waiting lists for train travel etc.
Rajnath Singh, who is the defence minister and a former party president, was the head of the BJP's manifesto committee for the 2019 polls as well.
Rajasthan goes to polls on November 25 and the results will be declared on December 3.
The manifesto ensured 50% reservation for women in government jobs and promised to rename the Narendra Modi stadium in Ahmedabad to Sardar Patel stadium.
Senior BJP leader Radhakrishnan is contesting the May 31 bypoll against Congress' Uma Thomas and CPM's Dr Jo Joseph.
