The Kerala Bank has made it clear that it will not cooperate with the process unless Supplyco settles the outstanding dues of Rs 534.72 crore.
She has accused the Kerala Bank or Kerala State Co-operative Bank Limited's Medical College Evening Branch at Peringandoor of conniving with private financier Satheesh Kumar to rob her in a scam.
Thrissur native Sindhu accused Satheesh Kumar of cheating her of Rs 11 lakh. She also said bank authorities would initiate attachment proceedings on October 4.
The banking regulator's action was triggered by KTDFC's inability to repay Rs 130 crore to Sri Ramakrishna Mission based in Kolkata, even months after the expiry of its term.
The KTDFC had borrowed Rs. 150 crore from Palakkad District Cooperative Bank and Rs. 200 crore from Ernakulam District Cooperative Bank for extending a loan of Rs 350 crore to KSRTC.

The loan was taken from the Ezhamkulam branch of the Kerala Bank.
The bank officials said they could not accept the cheque as the loan had already been closed.
