The CM also took a dig at Khan, who had accused him of a 27-day delay in responding to his letter, by saying that the Supreme Court has frowned upon the "habit" of sitting on bills passed by the legislature.
Khan has accused Vijayan of keeping him uninformed about "crimes against the nation" occurring in Kerala, stating he would report this to the Centre and the President.
The governor has prohibited official visits without CM's authorization but has left the door open for personal matters.

This latest criticism follows Khan's earlier accusations of the CM's 'silence, inaction, and delays' regarding his requests for information on alleged anti-national and anti-state activities.
Khan requested a briefing from the Chief Secretary and DGP on the CM's statements in a Hindu interview.
