FIFA World Cup fever triggers flex war in Kerala: Brazil fans come up with 400-feet flex

The 'flex wars' of the FIFA World Cup football season are just getting increasingly intense by the minute in Kerala, with fans of various teams trying to better each other.
Most recently, a 400-foot flex has been installed by the fans of the Brazilian team along the CNG roadside in Mundam, near Edakkara, in Malappuram. For the past week, young fans of Brazil in Mundam were busy, day and night, setting up this flex board. They apparently sourced more than a hundred large areca nut palms from the surrounding groves to fix the frame for the flex.
The work was completed just on Tuesday morning, and as soon as the news spread, Brazil fans from far and wide have been reaching the spot to check it out. The flex is filled with pictures of all the players on the Brazil team, including Vinicius Junior, Neymar, Marquinhos, Casemiro, Guimaraes, Paqueta, and coach Carlo Ancelotti.
It might grow further!
Interestingly, the flex's length might increase further, depending on how long another upcoming one in the same area will be. On the opposite side of the road, a flex of Argentina fans is also coming. Arrangements have been made to install it at a length of 360 feet. If this exceeds 400 feet, the length of the flex installed by Brazil fans will increase further, they say.
Where to check it out
The massive flex is located just about two kilometres from Malappuram's Edakkara Town. It is along the CNG roadside.
