In September last year, the second season of the superhit web series Finding Ola premiered on Netflix. The series, shot extensively in Tunisia, has captured the mesmerizing charm and beauty of the country. Interestingly, the series' success has also impacted Tunisia's tourism sector, making it a favourite destination for travellers in 2025. Kais Saied had a landslide victory, with over 90.7 per cent votes in October last year, to return to the office of the Tunisian President. His opponents couldn’t contest the elections as Kais had imprisoned them, forcing major opposition parties to boycott elections. Despite the political drama that unfolded in the country, tourists from all over the globe are flying to Tunisia, which has enjoyed enviable growth in the tourism industry in recent years.
