COVID-19 preventive measure: Railways cancels 12 trains in Kerala on Saturday, Sunday

Kochi: The Railway has cancelled 12 trains plying in Kerala on Saturday (January 15) and Sunday (January 16) as part of the efforts to check the latest spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. While four of these services are operated by the Thiruvananthapuram division, the remaining eight schedules are conducted by the Palakkad division of the Railway.

The cancelled trains in the Thiruvananthapuram division are:
1. Nagercoil-Kottayam Express (Train No: 16366)
2. Kottayam-Kollam Unreserved Express (06431)
3. Kollam-Thiruvananthapuram Unreserved Express (06425)
4. Thiruvananthapuram-Nagercoil Unreserved Express (06435)

The list of cancelled services in Palakkad division is:
1. Shoranur-Kannur Unreserved Express (06023)
2. Kannur-Shoranur Unreserved Express (06024)
3. Kannur-Mangalore Unreserved Express (06477)
4. Mangalore-Kannur Unreserved Express (06478)
5. Kozhikode-Kannur Unreserved Express (06481)
6. Kannur-Charvattur Unreserved Express (06469)
7. Charvattur- Mangalore Unreserved Express (06491)
8. Mangaluru-Kozhikode Express (16610)
