No flex is the new flex: Chandy Oommen’s green campaign

In Puthuppally, where election seasons are usually measured in the number of banners and decibel levels of campaign songs, this trail is instead measured in handshakes, short conversations and unannounced visits. Through his green campaign, Chandy Oommen has chosen to replace visual saturation with sustained personal contact, moving through the constituency not as a distant figure on a flex board, but as a familiar presence at doorsteps.
