Children of those who are eligible for the Employees State Insurance should apply online for the ‘Ward of IP certificate 2021 – 22’ before September 20, 2021 if they wish to secure admission to the reserved quota of medical/BDS seats in ESI medical/dental colleges. The printed copy of the application form should be submitted at the respective ESI branch on or before 21 September. Website – www.esic.nic.in/admissions.
Candidates can apply to the 382 MBBS seats around the country, including the 38 seats in Paripally government medical college, under the IP (Insured Person) quota. The annual course fee would be Rs 24,000. There are 28 BDS seats too in the dental college in Gulbarga.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) would conduct the selection and allotment. Website – www.mcc.nic.in. The candidates can visit the website www.esic.nic.in for applying in the ESI quota. The candidate and the parent should sign on the printed copies of the application. This along with other necessary documents should be submitted to the respective ESI branch to obtain the Ward of IP certificate.
