PG Diploma in Clinical Child Development: 12 seats up for grabs; details here

The admission process for two-year Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Child Development programme conducted at the Child Development Centre functioning on the Thiruvananthapuram Medical College campus is set to commence.

The admission is only for girl students. A total of 12 seats is up for grabs. The age limit is 19-28 as on December 31, 2022, while the upper-age limit is 34 years for Scheduled Caste/Tribe candidates.

Applicants should have secured at least 50 per cent marks in BSc Psychology/Home Science or BA Psychology. The minimum required mark is 45 per cent for applicants from backward communities. Applicants from the SC/ST categories need to have only passed the exam.

The rank list will be based on the aggregate marks for Part III of the degree exam. The registrations will be open from May 9 till 27 on the website: lbscentre.kerala.gov.in.

The application fee of Rs 800 will be accepted only till May 25. The fee can be remitted online or through the Federal Bank branches in Kerala. The application fee is Rs 400 for SC/ST candidates.

The course comes under the Directorate of Medical Education. The total fee for two years is Rs 18,250. Reservation norms will apply. Helpline: 0471-2560364.
