NEET(PG) counselling registration from July 27; first allotment on Aug 5

New Delhi: The registration process for the National Eligibility-cum- Entrance Test (Postgraduate) counselling for allotting admission to postgraduate medical programmes across the country will start on July 27, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has informed.

Qualified candidates can register till 12 noon on August 1 through the website www.mcc.nic.in.

The NEET score is the basis of admission to MBBS and BDS courses for 50% All-India Quota (AIQ) seats in states and Union Territories, all seats of central, deemed universities, 50% ESIC (Employees State Insurance Corporation) seats, and Central Institute seats.

The registration for Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMs) too will be done along with this.
