KEAM is a state-level entrance test conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, for admission to engineering, architecture, and pharmacy courses.

Students seeking admission to medical, allied, or agricultural courses do not need to attempt the KEAM engineering-pharmacy exam. Their admissions will be based on NEET (UG)-2025 scores. Kerala does not conduct a separate state-level entrance test for medical or allied streams.
