Have you tried the overnight oatmeal yet?

With oatmeal owning your breakfast table on busy weekdays, you must be thinking up quite a number of recipes to cook it. While everyone's going gaga over oats, there are one too many ways to cook this. Although we've tried cooking it on the stove, baking it and even making an instant version, the most loved of all seems to be the 'overnight oats'. You heard us! No chop chop, no boiling water, no cooking at all! All you need to do is get a great looking jar and layer your ingredients. Jars fare better as it's easier to make layers in them. So, (rubbing your hands in excitement), let's get started. You need oats, yoghurt, low-fat milk, some fruit, cinnamon powder and some peanut butter if you like. Now, a lot of the recipes use chia seeds, and so if you find them anywhere, grab a packet. Also, add your preferred fruits and nuts, flax seeds, coconut, or whatever that floats your boat. And? Just layer them! Once you've put in all the ingredients, refrigerate overnight or at least for 5 hours. To make it easier, we have a video for you. Watch, and make that morning bite a lot more irresistible!
