Ingredients
¼ cup coriander seeds
12 dry red chillies
½ cup urad dal
1 dsp gingelly oil
¼ cup bengal gram dal
2 tsp jeera
2 tsp asafoetida powder
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
A few curry leaves
Preparation
Heat gingelly oil in a pan.
Roast coriander seeds, red chillies, urad dal, bengal gram dal, jeera, and fenugreek seeds.
Also add few curry leaves in it.
Mix together. Once it is roasted properly, powder them finely.
Store in an air-tight tin.
