Butter naan without yeast

It is easier to prepare soft and fluffy butter naan on your regular frying pan without adding any yeast. Butter naan could be enjoyed with creamy vegetarian gravies or spicy meat curries. Check out the pretty simple recipe of butter naan made on frying pan.

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp yoghurt
Salt as required
Lukewarm water as required
White sesame seeds as required
Coriander leaves as required
Butter as required

Preparation
Take the all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, oil, sugar and yoghurt in a bowl
Mix well
Pour lukewarm water as required as well
Mix well and keep the dough aside for at least 2 hours
Make balls from the dough and roll into nans
Sprinkle white sesame seeds and finely chopped coriander leaves on the naans
Rub water on one side of the naan and place this side down on a hot pan
When the nan begins to puff up, flip the pan and cook the naan directly over the flame
Rub butter generously on the cooked naan 
Delicious butter naan is ready!
