Ingredients
Two large carrots
2 tbsp ghee
1 cup grated coconut
½ a tin condensed milk
A pinch of cardamom powder
3 tbsp sliced cashew nuts
½ cup grated coconut
Preparation
Clean the carrots, grate and keep aside
Heat ghee in a pan. Add grated coconut and carrot and sauté well on medium flame
Make sure it does not turn brown in color
Sauté for 10-15 minutes until the carrot turns tender
Add condensed milk and stir well again
After five minutes, when it is ready to be made into small balls, add cardamom powder and cashew nuts
Stir and remove from stove
Make tiny balls and roll in grated coconut before serving
