Ingredients
1 cup medium prawns, cooked
½ cup crushed pearl onion
1 crushed large onion
3 crushed green chilies
1 crushed medium piece ginger
6 pods of crushed garlic
Salt, as required
Oil for frying
For the marinade
Salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder, as required
Preparation
Make a marinade of salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder and smear it onto the prawns. Keep aside for 15 minutes
Cook the prawns well
Take the cooked prawns and gently crush them
Add the pearl onions, large onion, green chillies, salt, ginger and garlic to it, stir and mix well for 10 minutes
Roll into tiny balls, flatten a little by pressing onto the hand and deep fry in oil
Serve hot with sauce
