A four ingredient sweet snack, this is easy for the kids to make. Try it out after a scrumptious dinner.

Ingredients

2 cups minced chicken
2 tsp finely sliced ginger
6 pods finely sliced garlic
½ cup finely sliced large onion
½ cup finely sliced coriander leaves
Sufficient quantity salt
½ tsp garam masala powder
½ cup bread powder
1 egg
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1 green chili, grains removed and finely sliced
1 tbsp oil

7 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp finely sliced coriander powder
2 tbsp finely sliced mint leaves
1 tsp lemon juice
Sufficient quantity salt
½ - 1 tsp pepper powder

    4 burger buns, each cut into two

Sufficient quantity lettuce leaves

1 tomato, cut in circles

1 large onion, cut in circles

Preparation
Mix the ingredients listed under 1 and keep in fridge for one hour
Pre-heat oven to 200 degree Celsius
Take the minced meat mixture from the fridge. Roll it into four balls. Bring it to the shape of burger patties
Spread on a glazed baking sheet. Bake for ten minutes in the preheated oven
Mix the ingredients listed under 2 well
Place the halved burger buns in the oven and heat for two minutes. Alternatively it can be toasted in a pan
Place some lettuce over each bun. Place tomato and large onion slices over it and place a layer of the mayonnaise mixture
Place the hot burger bun over it. Cover with the other half of the bun and serve
