Potato wedges

Are you expecting vegan friends at your barbecue party? Craving for some crunchy restaurant-style snacks? Looking forward to a lazy weekend dinner? Here comes your savior- oven-baked potato wedges. It takes a minimal effort to prepare the recipe, even little effort to do the cooking. If you do not own a baking oven, you can always fry them in a pan.

Ingredients
4 potatoes
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon minced parsley leaves

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Scrub and slice each potato into eight wedge pieces
Put them in a plastic bag along with the other ingredients
Shake well to coat the potato wedges with the seasoning
Place the wedges on a baking pan
Bake them till they turn light brown and crisp. Flip them after 20 minutes
Sprinkle salt, chopped mint leaves or fresh parsley leaves and serve
