Prawn Uthappam

10 medium sized prawn
1 tsp ginger€“garlic paste
1 pinch turmeric
1 pinch jeera powder
1 pinch chilli powder
Salt as required
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
1 cup dosa batter
Oil as required

Clean the prawns and keep aside
Marinate the prawns in a paste made of ginger, garlic, turmeric, jeera powder, chilli powder, salt, lemon juice and oil. Keep for some time
In a clay pot, sauté the marinated prawns in a little oil until it is half cooked
Pour some dosa batter on a hot tawa and make a thick dosa
Place the prawn mix onto the dosa, spread evenly and flip it, so this side turns brown as well
Serve hot with a chutney of your choice
