Wrap is the one dish with which you can trick the kids into eating their veggies. These rolled breads hold a cheesy surprise within and make a filling lunch that won't leave a mess on the table.

Ingredients
½ cup diced tomato (deseeded/without pulp)
1 cup boneless chicken, cooked and shredded
½ avocado (ripe), pitted & diced
¼ cup cheese spread
4 large tortillas / any flat Indian bread
¼ cup grated cheese
½ cup lettuce roughly chopped (optional )
Seasoning, as required

Preparation
Mix tomato, avocado, chicken and lettuce gently and keep aside
Grill the tortilla/ Indian flat bread on both sides on a low fire
Take off fire, apply cheese spread
Add the mixed filling
Top with grated cheese
Grill again on a low flame for the cheese to melt
Serve hot
