Chappati and grilled paneer

Looking for easy dinner recipes that are just as tasty as well? Look no further, grab those paneer in the freezer and whip up this fabulous dish along with soft chappatis

Ingredients
For Chappathi

1 cup wheat flour 
1 tsp oil
50 ml curd
½ tsp salt

For Grilled Paneer 

180gm paneer
¼ of a green capsicum
¼ of a red capsicum
¼ of a yellow capsicum
1 tbsp garlic, chopped finely
½ tsp whole black pepper, powdered fine
Lime juice, from 2 lemons
Salt, as required
½ tsp dried red chillies powdered
½ tsp coriander leaves, chopped fine
½ tsp butter

Preparation
To make chappati

Mix the wheat flour, oil, curd and salt and knead the dough well. Add a little hot water while kneading. Keep aside for half an hour
Then, knead the dough again, and separate it into six balls. Dust a little flour on each, and roll out thin in round shape
On a hot tawa, lay the chappati. Wait until one side is cooked, then flip and wait till the other side is cooked as well


To make grilled paneer

Cut the paneer into diamond shapes. Cut the capsicum also the same way
In a bowl, add green capsicum, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, garlic, whole black pepper powder, lime juice, salt, dried red chillies, and coriander leaves. Now, add the paneer cubes and toss it well. 
Heat a non-stick pan, and add butter in it. Once the butter melts, add the paneer mixture and grill it. Wait till the water drains completely
Serve it hot
