Curry leaves, as required
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp rice powder
Salt, as required
½ cup curd
Lime juice, from 1 lemon

Preparation
To make Paratha

Add the wheat flour, salt, sugar and milk to a vessel and knead well until it becomes a dough. Add water as required. Keep aside for 2 hours
Make small rounds from the dough and smear some oil on top of it. Let it rest for some time
Now, flatten each round into light ones and apply oil on both sides
Take a small portion of the dough and roll it inside and out, and make it like a fan. Make it into round shape again
Now, flatten it like how a chappathi is made
Heat a pan and pour some oil. Cook each paratha by applying oil on both sides and flipping it when one side is cooked

To make Masala Fried Chicken

Cut the chicken into small pieces
Mix Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, rice powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, kasuri methi and maida in a vessel
Marinate the chicken pieces in the mixture and keep aside for 45 minutes
Take oil in a pan and heat it. Add the chicken pieces and fry them in it
After frying, pass the chicken on a kitchen paper until the oil is soaked completely
Now, heat butter in another pan
Add ginger, garlic, green chillies, and curry leaves and sauté until they becomes golden brown
Then, add Kahsmiri red chilli powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, rice powder, and salt. Blend well
On low flame, add curd and lemon juice to this mixture. Put the fried chicken pieces into this, covering the pieces with gravy and take off the flame immediately
Serve hot with delicious parathas
