Make the most of this mango season with this basic dessert recipe that anyone can try.
Ingredients
1 ½ tbsp corn flour
1 cup milk
½ cup sugar
2 cups hung curd
250 gm ripe mangoes cut into small cubes
2 tbsp roasted cashews chopped
Cherry and pieces of mango for garnishing
Preparation
Mix the corn flour in little milk and stir well; add the rest of the milk and mix till it's lump free
Boil the mixture with sugar till it's thick and put it aside for cooling
Whisk the hung curd in a bowl thoroughly
Add the corn flour mixture and mango pieces to this and mix
Serve it into a pudding bowl and garnish it with mango, cherry and nuts
Cool it well and relish.
