350 ml water
¼ tsp flax seeds
¼ tsp chia seeds
2 tsp palm jaggery powder
2 tsp coco powder
1 glass almond milk
Crushed peanuts for garnish
Choco chips for garnish
To prepare the almond milk, soak the almonds for at least 2 -3 hours.
Remove the skin and grind them by pouring 350 ml water. This almond milk could be stored in the fridge up to a week.
Blend the banana, flax seeds, chia seeds, palm jaggery powder, coco powder and a glass of almond milk in a mixer.
Pour into glasses and garnish with chopped peanuts and choco chips.
