200 gm carrot peeled and cut into square pieces
50 gm tomato cut into square pieces
50 gm yellow capsicum cut into square pieces
50 gm onions cut into square pieces
2 small spoons finely chopped coriander leaves
2 small spoons finely chopped garlic
20 gm ground cashew nuts
½ tsp lemon juice
1 tsp rock salt
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Grind chopped carrots, tomatoes, yellow capsicum, coriander leaves, onions, garlic, and grounded cashew nuts
Then add the lemon juice and salt
Garnish with the chopped coriander leaves.
