Salt as required
10 ml vinegar
Into a mixer jar, add whites and yolks of the eggs
Add salt and vinegar
Meanwhile, pour in the cooking oil as required or until the mayonnaise has the desired consistency
Add garlic or black pepper powder for flavour.
