300 gm gram flour
300 gm sugar
50 gm ghee

Dry roast the gram flour in a thick-bottomed vessel
Meanwhile, in another pan make sugar syrup by boiling the sugar in 200 ml water
When the sugar syrup becomes sticky enough, add the roasted gram flour
Mix well
Into it, add ghee and mix until the mixture separates from the sides of the vessel
Now transfer this into another dish greased with ghee
The Mysore pak becomes softer as more ghee is added
After the Mysore pak has cooled down, cut into desired shapes.
