Chocolate cake in pressure cooker

Christmas is almost round the corner, and it's time to start the cake making. But don’t have an oven ? No problem! Make a great chocolate cake using just your old steamer or pressure cooker, like making Vattayappam!

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
3tsp vanilla essence
10 gm butter
15ml milk
¾ cup maida
¼ cup coco powder
1 tsp baking powder

Preparation
Pour a glass of water in a cooker and put on low flame to pre-heat
Take the butter in a vessel, pour milk over it and place the vessel in hot water for the butter to melt
Sift together ¾ cup maida, ¼ cup chocolate powder and baking powder and keep away
Beat together 1 cup sugar and the whites of three eggs, add the yolk later and beat well. Add the vanilla essence
Add the sifted flour mix and blend well into the consistency of cake batter
Add two tea spoons of flour to the melted butter - milk mixture, and add to the batter. Pour the batter into the cake pan
Put the pan into the cooker and cover it with aluminum foil. Cover with a copper lid and cook for 25 minutes in low flame. After cooling, decorate with fresh cream and chocolate.
