Rocky roads is the simplest dessert recipe you can try your hand at even on the day of Christmas. You guests will surely wonder where you ordered these from.
125 gm butter (room temperature)
300 gm dark chocolate
3 tbsp honey
200 gm digestive or tea biscuits
2 tbsp icing sugar
Melt dark chocolate with butter and honey using double boiling method
Keep aside half of this mixture
Put the biscuits in a ziploc and crush with a rolling pin
Mix this with half of the chocolate mixture
Line a 9 inch tin tray with foil
Pour the chocolate-biscuit mixture and even out
Then pour the other chocolate mix for a smooth top
Refrigerate till hardened
Cut into desired shapes and dust with icing sugar.
