2 cups grated carrot
1 cup milk
¼ tsp rose essence
3 tsp instant khoya
6 tbsp ghee
Heat 4 table spoons ghee in a pan
Add the grated carrot and mix well
Cook on low flame for 3 minutes with the lid on
Now add the milk, rose essence and sugar
Cook for another 5 minutes
When the water begins to evaporate, add the khoya
Mix everything for 1 minute
Garnish with cashews fried in ghee.
