Ingredients
2 cups lotus seeds
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cashews
½ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp pepper powder
Salt as required
Curry leaves as required
Preparation
Heat butter in a pan
Fry the cashews and curry leaves
Add the lotus seeds and fry for 4 -5 minutes on low flame
Add chili powder, pepper powder and salt
Mix well
Tastes best when served hot.
