Ingredients
½ cup carrots (juliennes)
½ cup cabbage (juliennes)
½ bell pepper (diced)
1 onion (chopped)
2 green chillies (chopped)
½ tsp chili flakes
½ tsp-1 tsp oregano
¼ tsp pepper powder
2 slices bread (cut into small pieces)
2 tsp all purpose flour
3 eggs
2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
Salt as required
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients
Rub some vegetable oil on a non stick pan
Pour the mixture and spread evenly
Cook on low flame
Flip it when one side is cooked well
Take the pizza off the flame after both the sides have cooked well
Grate cheese on top while the pizza is still hot.
