Muttappam is a delicious snack that is incredibly easier to make. Check out the recipe of muttapam that requires just four ingredients.

Ingredients
1 cup raw rice
½ cup par boiled rice
1 egg
Salt as required

Preparation
Soak the raw rice for at least 3 hours
Grind the soaked raw rice, par boiled rice, egg and salt into smooth batter
Pour a ladle full of batter into hot oil
Fry by flipping the muttappam
The perfectly cooked muttappam would be light cream in colour with crispy edges.
