Tasty and crunchy moong dal pakora can be made using limited ingredients in just 5 minutes. This tastes amazing with the spicy and sour coriander chutney. Here is how to easily make moong dal pakora.
150 gm moong dal or mung beans (soaked)
2 green chillies
½ tsp crushed pepper corns
½ tsp crushed coriander seeds
Oil to fry
Salt as required
Soak the mung beans for at least 2 hours
Drain them just before making the pakoda
Grind the soaked mung beans and green chillies into coarse batter
Into it add salt, pepper and coriander
Scoop small balls of batter and deep fry them in hot oil.
To make the coriander chutney grind coriander leaves, green chilli, a small piece of ginger and salt
Add a few drops of lemon juice as well.
