Ingredients
1 apple
½ cup cold milk
3 tbsp oats
1 tbsp yoghurt
3 dates (soaked in water)

Preparation
Add all the ingredients into a blender jar
Blend well
Transfer into serving glass 
Garnish with ½ tsp chia seeds and enjoy.
