Ingredients
3 cups milk
200 gms paneer
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp condensed milk
¼ cup sago pearls (coarsely powdered)
Almonds
Cashews
Pistachios
Cardamom powder
Preparation
Boil milk in a thick bottomed vessel
Add grated paneer into it
Allow this to boil well
Now add sugar
Add the sago pearls as well
Mix well
When the payasam begins to thicken add the condensed milk
Add the cardamom powder
Give everything a good mix
Garnish the payasam with almonds, cashews and pistachios.
