Gluten-free dosa

This instant dosa made with millet and quinoa is packed with essential nutrients and is free of gluten. Check out the recipe.

1 cup quinoa
1 cup millet
1 cup urad dal
2 tsp fenugreek seeds

Wash the quinoa, millet and urad dal in lukewarm water
Soak these in lukewarm water for 10 minutes
Grind them by adding the fenugreek seeds as well
Add salt as required
Keep the batter aside for at least 10 minutes
Make tasty dosa, ildi or uthappam using this nutritious batter.
