Tasty and sweet flattened rice mixture could be easily made at home in just 10 minutes. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients
1 cup flattened rice
1 small cup peanuts
¼ cup raisins
4-5 tbsp sugar
2 cardamom pods or ¼ tsp cardamom powder
Oil to fry

Preparation
Powder the sugar and cardamom in a mixer jar
Heat oil and add the flattened rice in small batches
Take it off the hot oil as soon as the flattened rice puffs up
Fry raisins in the same oil
Fry the peanuts as well (you could also add cashews or coconut shards for more crunch)
Mix fried flattened rice, peanuts and raisins in a bowl
Add the powdered sugar and cardamom slowly
Mix well.
