Wheat cake in coconut shell

Baking cakes was considered a difficult task until recently. Besides, adding generous amounts of butter, cream and sugar made cake, a tasty dessert to be enjoyed only once in a while. However, everyone would love to enjoy a tasty cake made using healthier ingredients. Interestingly, this cake has an earthy flavour as it is baked in a coconut shell, unlike a regular cake. Ingredients
3 tbsp wheat flour
1-2 tbsp brown sugar/jaggery
1 tbsp grated coconut
1 tbsp coconut milk
A pinch of salt
1 /4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp coconut milk
1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation
Take a deep coconut shell, scrape off the coconut remains from inside and clean the husk on the outside
Take all the ingredients in this cleaned shell
Mix well
Boil some water in an idli steamer
Insert the coconut shells and  bake the cake on medium flame
Enjoy tasty and healthy wheat cakes.
