Pineapple jam pickle

Ingredients
1 cup pineapple jam
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup chopped dates
½ tsp garlic paste
½ tsp ginger paste
¼ cup garlic cloves (cooked in steam)
1 tsp mustard seeds
Vinegar as required
Salt as required

Preparation
In a pan take the pineapple jam, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste and mustard seeds ground with vinegar
Mix and stir well
Add salt when the mixture is hot enough
Keep stirring until the jam is nicely melted
Now add the garlic cloves that have been cooked in steam
Add the dates when bubbles begin to appear
Turn off the flame when the dates are nicely cooked and turn soft
Store the pineapple pickle jam in a glass container after it has cooled down.
