Vietnamese egg coffee

Traditionally made with egg yolks, sugar and robusta coffee, this unique drink has its origins in Vietnam. Try this special recipe of Vietnamese egg coffee.

2 eggs
2 tsp condensed milk
1 tbsp coffee powder
1 tsp vanilla essence

Take ¼ cup hot water in a glass
Place a filter above it and add instant coffee powder
Now pour ¼ cup hot water
Coffee would now drip into the glass
Meanwhile, add condensed milk, vanilla essence and egg yolks in a bowl
Beat well until the mixture turns frothy
Pour half glass coffee and top it up with the creamy egg yolk mix
Add ice cubes
You could add milk if required.
