Yummy Kerala style prawns roast

Here is a simple and quick prawns roast that goes well with rice and chapathi. This is well flavoured with Kashmiri chilli and pepper, so this is not too spicy. You are going to love this delicious Kerala style prawns roast preparation. Here is how to prepare it.

Ingredients
1 kg prawns cleaned
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chilli flakes
¼ tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp vinegar/lemon juice
Salt to taste
Curry leaves - a handful
¼ cup coconut oil
Ingredients for sautéing prawns
3 dried chillies
Coconut oil – sufficient
½ cup garlic cut lengthwise
½ cup finely chopped ginger
1 cup crushed shallots
1 cup sliced coconut
2 tbsp green chillies
Salt to taste
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tbsp Crushed chilli powder
3-4 Cambodge (Malabar Tamarind)

Preparation
Mix together all the ingredients above and apply it to the cleaned prawns and leave for half an hour for marination
Heat coconut oil in a pan and shallow fry the marinated prawns from both sides. When frying, add some curry leaves too
Put another pan in the oven, pour one and a half glass of water, add three or four cambodge and boil well (This should reduce up to three quarters of a glass)
At the same time, heat the frying pan. Strain the prawn frying oil into this pan
Add dried chillies when the oil is hot
Then add chopped garlic, finely chopped ginger and sliced coconut into the pan and sauté well
Then add grated shallots and green chilli and sauté till the oil surfaces
Then add one tablespoon of turmeric powder, two tablespoon of Kashmiri chilli powder and one one tablespoon of crushed chilli powder and sauté it. Add some curry leaves too
When it is well cooked add boiled cambodge water to it
Finally add shallow fried prawns to it and sauté it well until it's well cooked. Delicious Kerala style prawns roast is now ready to be served.
