Easy Dosa Recipe with Semolina

Did you forget to soak rice and urad dal the previous day to prepare dosa batter? Worry not. You don't need to soak them for hours and then ferment them again to make dosa batter with this new technique. Make dosa batter in a matter of 3 hours. Let's check out the recipe. 

1 cup urad dal 
½ cup semolina
2 tsp curd or as required 
Water as required 

Soak urad dal in water for 1 hour
Grind the soaked dal well and add semolina and curd
Add some water and grind it again
Keep it aside for 3 hours and the dosa batter is ready
It will taste exactly like the traditional dosa
Add salt to taste and make as many dosas as you want.
