½ cup coriander seeds
¼ cup pepper corns
¼ cup cumin
¼ cup chana dal
¼ cup yellow split dal
10 red chillies
1 tbsp asafoetida powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
Dry roast all the ingredients separately
After the ingredients have cooled down, grind them to fine powder
