Egg chilli

This restaurant style egg chilli tastes amazing with roti or chapathi. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients
3 boiled eggs
½ cup all purpose flour
1/3 corn flour
1 tsp ginger – garlic paste
1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
½ tsp pepper powder
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 green chilli
1 onion
1 bell pepper
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Sunflower oil
1 tbsp white sesame seeds (optional)
Salt as required
Water

Preparation
Cut the boiled eggs into four pieces
Take the all purpose flour, ginger – garlic paste, Kashmiri chilli powder and salt
Add some water too
Mix into thick batter
Heat 1 cup sunflower oil in a pan
Dip the egg pieces in the batter
Add these into the hot oil
Deep fry the egg pieces
Set them aside to be used later
Meanwhile, heat 3 tbsp sunflower oil in another pan
Sauté the chopped ginger and garlic and split green chilli
Now add squared onion and bell pepper
Add some salt and sauté well
Into it add the tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and soy sauce
Mix well
Add 1 tbsp sugar and ¼ cup water
Mix the corn flour in 2 tbsp water
Add the corn slurry into the dish
Stir gently until the gravy thickens
Now add the fried eggs
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and white sesame seeds
Delicious egg chilli is ready.
