Stuffed porotta is a tasty and filling meal that can be enjoyed without any curries on the side. Here is how to make stuffed porotta easily at home.
3 cups all purpose flour
Take the all purpose flour, 1 tsp sugar, salt, 4 tbsp oil and some water in a bowl
Mix into soft dough
Keep the dough aside for at least two hours
Make small balls from the dough
Roll the balls into thin sheets
Spread some pizza sauce on the dough sheet
Now place grated carrot, finely chopped onion, few pieces of bell pepper and some coriander leaves in the centre
Add grated mozzarella cheese too
Fold the porotta
Rub some oil on an iron tawa
Cook the porotta
When one side turns golden, flip and cook the other side
Enjoy the cheese pull as you bite into the hot stuffed porotta.
