1 ripe mango
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp almonds and pistachios
Peel the mango and cut it into small pieces
Blend the mango pieces in a mixer jar
Into the mango pulp add coconut milk, sugar and rice flour
Line a cake tin or a vessel with a piece of butter paper or plantain leaf
Pour the mango mix into it
Boil water in an idli steamer
Insert the tin into the steamer
Cook in steam for at least 15 minutes
Cut the tasty kinnathappam into small pieces after it has cooled down.
